RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 6, 2025

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is a legally binding agreement between you and SurvivorCBD LLC and governs all purchases made through the SurvivorCBD website.

1. FINAL SALE POLICY
   All sales are final. SurvivorCBD LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once an order has been placed. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to return products or receive a refund, except as expressly stated in this policy.
   
   
2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
   Order cancellations are permitted only if a cancellation request is received before the order enters processing or fulfillment. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled for any reason. SurvivorCBD LLC retains sole discretion in determining whether an order has entered fulfillment.
   
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
   If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify SurvivorCBD LLC within seven days of delivery by emailing SurvivorCBD@gmail.com. The notice must include your order number and clear photographic evidence. Failure to comply strictly with these requirements voids eligibility for review.
   If a claim is approved, SurvivorCBD LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product, store credit, or refund. SurvivorCBD LLC has no obligation to provide any remedy and may deny claims that appear abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this policy.
   
   
4. NO RETURN ACCEPTANCE
   SurvivorCBD LLC does not accept returned products under any circumstances. Any products returned without authorization will not be processed, refunded, or returned to the sender and may be destroyed without notice.
   
   
5. SHIPPING ERRORS AND DELIVERY ISSUES
   SurvivorCBD LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, lost packages, theft, or incorrect delivery once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Any issues arising after shipment must be resolved directly with the carrier.
   
   
6. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
   Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting SurvivorCBD LLC constitutes abuse of this policy. SurvivorCBD LLC reserves the right to contest all chargebacks, submit evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse future service, and recover any fees, penalties, or costs incurred as a result of chargeback abuse.
   
   
7. FRAUD AND ABUSE PREVENTION
   SurvivorCBD LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or cancellations in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive claims, policy manipulation, or bad faith conduct. SurvivorCBD LLC may restrict or permanently ban customers engaging in such activity.
   
   
8. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
   SurvivorCBD LLC reserves the unrestricted right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website or completion of a purchase constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
   
   
9. GOVERNING LAW
   This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
