SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: January 6, 2025

This Shipping Policy governs all shipments made by SurvivorCBD LLC through the SurvivorCBD website and is incorporated by reference into the SurvivorCBD Terms and Conditions.

  1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
    SurvivorCBD LLC ships orders within the United States only. International shipping is not offered.

  2. ORDER PROCESSING
    Orders are typically processed within one to three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time. SurvivorCBD LLC reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel orders for verification, inventory availability, fraud prevention, compliance, or operational reasons at its sole discretion.

  3. SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
    Shipping methods and carriers are selected at the sole discretion of SurvivorCBD LLC. Carrier selection, service level, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may change without notice.

  4. SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES
    All delivery timeframes provided at checkout or elsewhere on the website are estimates only and not guarantees. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, labor disruptions, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond the control of SurvivorCBD LLC.

  5. RISK OF LOSS
    All risk of loss, damage, theft, or delay transfers to the customer immediately upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier. SurvivorCBD LLC is not responsible for carrier performance, delivery errors, or package handling once the order has shipped.

  6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
    Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current shipping information at checkout. SurvivorCBD LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.

  7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
    SurvivorCBD LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims for lost, stolen, or delayed packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. SurvivorCBD LLC may, at its discretion, assist with carrier inquiries but is under no obligation to replace, refund, or reship affected orders.

  8. SHIPPING FEES
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non refundable. Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations, delivery delays, lost packages, or carrier errors.

  9. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
    Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or reshipment. SurvivorCBD LLC is not responsible for carrier handling or disposition of such shipments.

  10. FORCE MAJEURE
    SurvivorCBD LLC shall not be liable for shipping delays, delivery failures, or non performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control. This includes natural disasters, acts of war, labor disputes, pandemics, carrier disruptions, governmental actions, or system failures.

  11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to shipping, delivery, loss, or handling of orders shall be governed exclusively by the dispute resolution, arbitration, and venue provisions set forth in the SurvivorCBD Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.

  12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
    SurvivorCBD LLC reserves the unrestricted right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website or placement of an order constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
